I did the google search myself, and for the term carp tournament, I found only a few sites. Most sites were small local fishing clubs that hold the tournies. I wonder if there is any large scale carp fishing circuit?

Any carp fisherman out there that can shed some light on the matter? Drop me a comment below if you know of any…

The Clinch Knot is good for tying a leader to a swivel. the Palomar is used for tying on bucktails, jigs, and any lures with a single eyelet. The double uni knot is used for joining two lines of different thicknesses (don’t forget your super glue!).
